The Maryland General Assembly annual 90 day session started January 13th. The second legislative session of the four year term that began with the election of Governor Hogan and a huge turnover of the General Assembly. The second year should be especially interesting with the Governor and his leadership team in position and the many new legislators taking a larger role.
